Effective date: April 8, 2026. This policy explains return eligibility, exchanges, and refund processing for all Tensh\u014D orders.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery for unworn items in original condition with original packaging and tags (if included).

To request a return, email contact@tensho.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Standard returns are shipped back at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges are handled as a return and repurchase because inventory is limited by drop quantities.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing typically appears in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, odor, or damage not caused in transit may be rejected and returned to sender.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the courier first, then contactcontact@tensho.shop for support.
